On 24 October, the FERI Foundation awarded the 2024 Best Dissertation Prize to Loïc Fierens for his work entitled “Cognitive Warfare according to NATO.”
The prize was presented to him by Constantin Sigov, the day’s guest speaker and a professor at the University of Kyiv, where FERI funds a Master’s programme in European Studies.
Professor Sigov devoted his lecture to the current situation in Ukraine and to the roles that art, literature and philosophy can play in this context.
He also addressed the issue of relations between Ukraine and the European Union.
